FAQ's
Where do we meet?
We will meet on a HIPPA compliant, Telehealth platform online. If you desire in- person sessions, arrangements can be made prior to the sessions.
Do you take insurance?
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna First Health, and Traditional Medicare.
Do you issue superbills?
A superbill can be provided that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement you may be eligible for. The superbill does NOT guarantee reimbursement. It is recommended you contact your insurance company to clarify benefits before your appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Zelle, Check, Credit Cards, HSA/FSA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna First Health, & Traditional Medicare
What is your reschedule & cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the full fee of your intake or counseling session. In the event of unpreventable issues such as illness, work or school emergencies, I may be able to reschedule with sufficient notice.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
